    2017 Holiday Shipping Information

    All dates below are provided to help customers get their packages on time this holiday season. Orders must be placed by the dates listed below in order to qualify for delivery before December 25, 2017. While we do our best to get everything delivered on time, we cannot guarantee any specific delivery dates. Always keep in mind that orders sometimes cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses, the receiver not being home, shipping delays caused by the carrier, items being out of stock, etc. We are not responsible for delays caused by any of these instances.

    Items listed as a pre-order on the store do not qualify to arrive before Dec. 25, 2017. Please check the product description for more information.

      • WE AREN'T ABLE TO CHANGE ANY INFORMATION ON AN EXISTING ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PROCESSED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE SHIPPING ADDRESS, BILLING INFORMATION, SIZE, ITEM, OR QUANTITY.
      • SALES TAX WILL BE APPLIED ON DOMESTIC ORDERS. TAX IS DETERMINED BASED ON THE APPLICABLE SALES TAX AND USE TAX LAWS IN EACH STATE.
      • ORDERS CAN BE PLACED THROUGH THE WEBSITE. WE CAN'T ACCEPT ORDERS OVER THE PHONE.
      • IF THE ITEM YOU ORDERED RUNS OUT OF STOCK AFTER YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, WE'LL CONTACT YOU VIA THE EMAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR ORDER TO EXCHANGE THE ITEM FOR ANOTHER ITEM OF EQUAL VALUE. IF WE DON'T HEAR BACK WITHIN 10 BUSINESS DAYS, WE HOLD THE RIGHT TO REFUND YOUR ORDER.
      • MERCHANDISE IS LIMITED TO THE SIZES, COLORS, AND VARIANTS LISTED ON OUR WEBSITE. IF A SIZE OR VARIANT ISN'T IN STORE, IT IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE. 
    • DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

      • IF YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN DAMAGED, PHOTO EVIDENCE WILL NEED TO BE SENT TO OUR EMAIL ADDRESS. UPON RECEPTION OF THE PHOTOGRAPHS, WE'LL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE'LL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT.
      • IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES AND IS AN INCORRECT ITEM, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL. UPON VERIFICATION THAT YOUR ORDER IS INCORRECT, WE'LL ISSUE A RETURN LABEL VIA E-MAIL. ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED BACK TO OUR FACILITY, WE'LL PROVIDE A REPLACEMENT FOR YOU.

    • USUALLY, ORDERS ARE SHIPPED WITHIN 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DATES ARE NOT GUARANTEED UNLESS SPECIFIED.
    • AFTER YOUR PACKAGE HAS SHIPPED, YOU'LL RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION VIA THE E-MAIL PROVIDED WITH YOUR SHIPPING INFORMATION.
    • DOMESTIC ORDERS NORMALLY ARRIVE WITHIN 3-7 DAYS OF THE SHIP DATE UNLESS SPECIFIED. UNFORTUNATELY, SHIPPING DELAYS CAN OCCUR AND WE AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SPEED AT WHICH ORDERS ARRIVE ONCE THEY HAVE LEFT OUR FACILITY. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS NORMALLY TAKE 2-4 WEEKS FROM THE SHIPPING DATE TO ARRIVE AT THEIR DESTINATION.
    • UNFORTUNATELY, WE CAN'T BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PACKAGES DUE TO INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES. SHIPPING DELAYS WILL OCCUR IF AN INCORRECT ADDRESS IS PROVIDED AT CHECKOUT.
